Boek tee times op dinsdag tot donderdag als u doordeweeks verblijft — betere beschikbaarheid bij alle banen en doorgaans rustiger op de baan.
Vraag naar club- en bagopslag bij het reserveren. Goede golfhotels hebben een aparte droge opslag in plaats van de tassen op uw kamer te laten.
Station Birkdale (Merseyrail) ligt op 8 minuten lopen van de hoofdingang van Royal Birkdale. Handig als uw hotel in het centrum van Southport ligt.
